Shipping Options: Domestic shipping only. Standard (5-8 Business Days).
 
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
 
Shipping Restrictions: Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or shipped internationally.
 
Delayed Orders: After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company or use the provided tracking number.

Damaged Orders: We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s unacceptable condition within 15 days of delivery. We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.
