Warranty and Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 20 days of purchase
Items must be unused and in good condition
Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us with photos of the product
We will review and provide a replacement or refund
3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Non-Returnable Items

Event bookings or workshop tickets
Personalized/custom products
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
Processing time may take several business days
6. Warranty

Due to the handmade and curated nature of our products:

Minor variations are not considered defects
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects
